OP: I was referred to this place by another dealership. I had high hopes. I can tell by the lack of communication & the attempt at rushing me thru the process with claims of ‘we’re packed’ & ‘I’ll call you back’ that this wouldn’t have been a good dealership to work with, after all. Thankfully, I never got to the visiting the dealership stage. The Red flags were all in the phone calls. A car is a big purchase. Every potential customer deserves the very best. I actually never even got to speak with anyone other than Jacob. I called a few more times to hopefully speak with James & or Nick and it never happened since no one ever even answered the phone. Customer service is everything and this place isn’t it.Edit to add: If it’s so uncommon that also means I was lied to since Jacob told me it’s very common for your customers to know who James and Nick are and that they also work directly with your customers.. If someone is referred and they know of your management BY NAME, they should be working with those managers, as well. I have called a number of times and have received no answer. I was told I’d receive a callback twice and never did. Even if someone is a prospective customer, they deserve the best. Again, this isn’t it! Stop the excuses and take responsibility!

Me and my dad went into auto masters today to purchase a vehicle, and we were greeted by Art Diaz and James Pentecost, who were professional, friendly, and honest.They were very receptive and cordial, and took care of us right away!They matched us with a great vehicle that was a perfect fit for what we needed.Extremely knowledgeable and well trained at their professions.To be considered, two very valuable employees.Highly suggest, 10/10!!

Hands down one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had!
